Set Session Reminders
Need a reminder to stay on track? We've got you covered! Sticking to a consistent time each day can help build a routine and keep you motivated. This guide will show you how to set or update your reminders.
- In the Kaia app, click on Settings tab
- Select Weekly Schedule
Under "I will do my therapy on", click on the days to the right:
- Select the days you want to receive reminders (we recommend 3 days to start)
- Click Confirm
- Select the time you want to be notified
You may see a pop-up to enable notifications—select "Allow" to receive push notifications
