Set Session Reminders

Need a reminder to complete your Kaia sessions? We've got you covered! Exercising at the same time of day increases the likelihood of sticking to it, and boosts motivation to continue as this creates a routine. This guide will walk through the steps to update or set these reminders.

  1. In the Kaia app, click on Settings tab
  2. Select Weekly Schedule
  3. Under "I will do my therapy on", click on the days to the right:

  4. Select the days you want to receive reminders (we recommend 3 days to start)
  5. Click Confirm
  6. Select the time you want to be notified

You may see a pop-up to enable notifications—select "Allow" to receive push notifications
