Set Session Reminders

Need a reminder to stay on track? We've got you covered! Sticking to a consistent time each day can help build a routine and keep you motivated. This guide will show you how to set or update your reminders.

  1. In the Kaia app, click on Settings tab
  2. Select Weekly Schedule
  3. Under "I will do my therapy on", click on the days to the right:

  4. Select the days you want to receive reminders (we recommend 3 days to start)
  5. Click Confirm
  6. Select the time you want to be notified

You may see a pop-up to enable notifications—select "Allow" to receive push notifications
