How to Use Kaia Motion Coach
Kaia Motion Coach uses innovative artificial intelligence (AI) technology to evaluate your movement sequence with the the camera during exercises by:
- Providing audio guidance and real time feedback on how to perform the exercise more precisely
- Counting your repetitions
- Telling you how long you should hold the position
You have the option of accessing the Kaia Motion Coach directly during your Kaia movement units. To do this, tap on the “Motion Coach” icon at the bottom right.
Kaia Motion Coach is currently not available for all exercises.
Device Requirements
- iOS 13.0 or newer
- Android 5.1 (Lollipop) or newer *Not all Android devices are supported. Reach out to Kaia Support if you're not seeing Motion Coach available to you.
