FAQ: Kaia Health Exercise Mat Reward
This article is only applicable to select members that have received an email from the Kaia Health team to take part in an exercise mat reward challenge. Not all members are eligible to participate.

How do I qualify for an exercise mat?
- For new members: Sign up for a Kaia Health account, download the Kaia Health app from your mobile app store, and complete your onboarding assessment (takes about 3-5 minutes).
- For existing members: Login to the Kaia Health app
- Check your original email for specific requirements to qualify for an exercise mat. Typically, you’ll need to complete a set number of activities in the app to reach this goal.
- Complete the number of activities and wait for your incentive period to end to receive your Exercise Mat
What is an “Activity” in the app?
Kaia activities include exercises, relaxation sessions, and educational modules. Find them on the Today or Focus tabs in the Kaia app. To complete one:
- Open the app and go to the Today tab.
- Click into any activity under Start Here
- Start your session
How will I know if I’ve reached my milestone to earn an exercise mat?
Check the original email or flyer you received to see the milestone you need to complete. For example, if the requirement is to finish one activity within the rewards window, you can confirm this in the Progress tab of your Kaia app. If you see a ring around one of the dates within the rewards period, it means you’ve completed the milestone.
After the rewards period ends, you’ll receive an email within a few business days with a link to redeem your exercise mat.
When will I receive my exercise mat?
You will receive the link to redeem your reward after the rewards period ends. The end date for this period is highlighted in the original email you received. We appreciate your patience and look forward to celebrating your achievements at the end!
How will I receive my exercise mat?
At the end of the rewards period, you’ll receive a link to redeem your exercise mat. You will provide your delivery address and your exercise mat will be on it's way to you.
