Unsubscribe from Kaia Health Notifications

Unsubscribe from Emails

Canceling your Kaia Health subscription will disable your account, but your email address remains in our system. To no longer receive emails from Kaia, click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any Kaia Health email you receive and you will be removed from our mailing list.

It may take a few business days for this update to be processed.

Disable Push Notifications

📱 iOS

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
3. Find and tap Kaia in the list of apps.
4. Toggle Allow Notifications off.

🤖 Android (steps may vary slightly by device)

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap Apps or Apps & notifications.
3. Tap See all apps (if needed), then find and tap Kaia.
4. Tap Notifications.
5. Toggle Show notifications off.
