How to Use Favorites to Save and Revisit Exercises
With the Favorites feature, you can easily save exercises you love during your Movement sessions and come back to them whenever you want — right from the Today tab.

What is Favorites?
During your training, you might find an exercise that feels really good or one you’d like to practice more. With Favorites, you can save it with just a tap and find it later under the Favorites link at the top right of the Today tab.
How to Save an Exercise to Favorites
You’ve got two easy ways to save an exercise:
While you’re in a session:
- When you get to an exercise you want to save, pause the session while you’re on that exercise.
- Tap the little heart icon to mark it as a favorite.
After your session:
- When your session ends, you’ll see a carousel of all the exercises you completed.
- Exercises you favorited during the session will already be highlighted.
- You can tap the heart icon here to favorite any other exercises you missed.
How to Find Your Favorites
- Head to the Today tab in the app.
- Tap the Favorites link in the top right corner.
- You’ll see all the exercises you’ve saved.
- Tap any exercise to open it and practice again.
How to Remove an Exercise from Favorites
- Go to the Today tab and open your Favorites list.
- Tap the exercise you want to remove.
- Tap the heart icon again so it’s no longer highlighted.
- When you back out, it’ll be gone from your Favorites list.
