Reset your Kaia Health Account Password

Having trouble logging into your Kaia account? This guide will walk you through how to reset your password to regain access to your account.

This is not for Personify Health/Virgin Pulse members. If you are a Virgin Pulse member and need to reset your password, please reach out to Virgin Pulse support directly.

  1. Open the Kaia app
  2. Click Login
  3. Select "Forgot password?" 
  4. Enter the email address attached to your Kaia Health account

You will receive an email with instructions to choose a new password—please make sure to check your spam/junk folders if you're not seeing it in your main inbox.
