Sign Up for a Kaia Health Account

At Kaia Health, we primarily partner with employers to offer Kaia as part of their health insurance package, which means that you've got to be covered under a health plan that includes Kaia in order to access the app.

So before you can experience all that Kaia has to offer, you’ll need verify your eligibility, and once you've done that, you can create a Kaia Health account.

In this article, you'll find information on all the different ways to go about creating an account.

Creating a Kaia Account via the Web

  • Head over to startkaia.com
  • Type your employer or health insurance plan into the search bar and wait for it to populate. You can then select Check Coverage.
  • If your employer or health insurance plan offers Kaia as a benefit, you will be taken to a page where you can begin your eligibility check. Be sure to enter your first and last name exactly as it appears on your insurance card as well as your correct date of birth and insurance policy number if requested.
  • If this information is correct, you will be rerouted to the next page where you can finish setting up your account:

The email address and password you set will be the credentials you use to log into the Kaia app going forward, so make sure it’s something you can easily remember, but also something that meets the password requirements!

Once you’ve entered all of your personal information, check the little box next to the Terms and Conditions paragraph, and then click on Create Account to finish setting up your Kaia Health profile.


Creating a Kaia Account via the Kaia Health App

You may have received an email with a link to create a Kaia account that included a voucher—if so, you can follow the directions below:

  • Head to startkaia.com or open the Kaia Health app on your mobile device or tablet and click on Create Account.
  • Type your employer or health insurance provider into the search bar and wait for it to populate. You can then select Check Coverage.
  • Once you've done this, you will be redirected to a page where you can verify this voucher code:

Often times, if you are receiving an email with a voucher link to create a Kaia account, the code may be prefilled—in that case, it will automatically take you to the next step where you can create an account without physically entering the code.

  • If the voucher code is successfully verified, you will then follow the instructions to create your Kaia account with your personal credentials.

Creating a Kaia Account through Virgin Pulse

In this section, you will find instructions on how to create a Kaia Health account if your employer partners with Virgin Pulse for employee benefits. Instead of creating an entirely new Kaia account, you will use your Virgin Pulse Portal account that will automatically connect to Kaia and create the Kaia account for you:

  • Head to startkaia.com or open the Kaia Health app on your mobile device or tablet and click on Create Account.
  • Type your employer or health insurance provider into the search bar and wait for it to populate. You can then select Check Coverage.
  • Once you've done this, you will be redirected to Virgin Pulse where you can enter your VP credentials to create your Kaia account:
