What app version do I have installed?

At Kaia, we are always making changes to our app to improve our member's experience. To ensure you have the best experience, we always recommend updating to the newest version available, which you can do here: How to Update Your Kaia Health App

If you're not sure what version you're currently running, check out the steps below to find out:

iOS

1. Click into your device Settings
2. Select iPhone Storage Wait a moment for this screen to load as it is calculating storage category sizes (this can take around 1 minute)
3. Click the search icon on the top right
4. Type in Kaia
5. Click into the app
6. See the app version below the app title

Android

1. Open the Kaia Health app
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Scroll to the bottom
4. Below the Log out button is the version
