When should I complete my daily session?
When you complete your Kaia training program is entirely up to you! Studies have shown that exercising at the same time of day increases the likelihood of sticking to it, and boosts motivation to continue as this creates a routine.
Many of our users have had the best results by setting a fixed time of the day for their exercises. This can make it easier to stay consistent, especially as you are getting started. That being said, training at the same time daily is not as important as overall consistency. Try out a time of day that you think you can best integrate your Kaia training into your everyday life.
