Remove or Restore Exercises to your Program
We want to make sure that future activities offer the right movements for you. With this in mind, we offer the ability to customize your program to remove exercises that may be either painful, difficult, or unhelpful from your workouts.
This guide will walk you through how to remove individual exercises from your current program, and how to restore these exercises in the future.
Remove Exercises
You have a couple of options to prompt the exercise removal feature:
Skip Exercises
If you come across an exercise in your program that is not a good fit at this time, choose to Skip the exercise. You will be prompted to remove exercises at the end of your session and the exercises you skipped will be automatically selected for you. Learn how to Skip exercises here.
Negative Feedback After a Session
After a Movement session is completed, if you provide feedback that the session could have been better, you will then see the option to remove exercises from your program:
Restore Exercises
If at any point you would like to restore exercises that you previously removed, you can add these back into your program from the Settings tab in the Kaia app.
- Go to the Settings tab
- Tap Removed Exercises
- Tap the circular Undo button to the right of the exercise you want restored to your program
