Switching Your Main Therapy Focus

Your program is tailored to support you where you need it most, adapting as your needs evolve. Maybe your back pain has improved, and now you'd like to focus on strengthening your knees, or you've noticed discomfort in a new area and want to shift your focus. Whatever the reason, this guide will show you how to easily update your main therapy program to keep you on track toward your goals.

Update your Therapy Focus

  1. In the Kaia app, head over to the Settings tab
  2. Tap Therapy Focus
  3. Select Change focus on the bottom of the screen
  4. Select the areas where you’d like to improve your pain, movement, or strength*
  5. Select the main area of focus that you would like to see on the Today tab of your app
  6. Confirm your focus

*Note: Currently, you can enroll in only one primary therapy focus, but we’re working on adding more options to address additional areas you need help with later this year. We use your selected areas to better understand where you and others may need overlapping support.

Review your Difficulty Level

As you change your focus, you'll be guided to review and adjust your difficulty level to ensure it matches your current abilities. You'll see a level details and be prompted to confirm or adjust your difficulty level depending on where you're at.


Head back over to the Today tab to see your updated program!
