Download the Kaia Health App
Kaia Health is a digital therapy program that is accessed via an app, so in order to use Kaia, you will first need to download the app onto your mobile device or tablet using the App Store (Apple Devices) or the Google Play Store (Android Devices).
Downloading the Kaia Health App onto an Apple Device
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app.
- Tap the Search tab
- Type Kaia Health into the Search tab
- Locate the Kaia Health App:

- Tab the Search for Apps & Games tab
- Type Kaia Health into the Search tab
- Locate the Kaia Health App:
As a reminder, the Kaia Health app is only available for use on phones and tablets, so you won't be able to access it via a desktop or laptop computer.
