Download the Kaia Health App
Kaia Health is a digital therapy program that is accessed via an app, so in order to use Kaia, you will first need to download the app onto your mobile device or tablet using the App Store (Apple Devices) or the Google Play Store (Android Devices).
Before You Get Started
- Make sure you are using either a mobile device or tablet. Kaia is not available on desktop computers or laptops.
- Have your App or Google Play store username and password available. The app is free, but you may be required to enter this information before downloading the app to your device.
- If you're not too familiar with using apps, we recommend having a friend or family member available to walk through the steps below together.
Downloading the Kaia Health App onto an Apple Device
On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store app.
- Tap the Search tab
- Type Kaia Health into the Search tab
- Locate the Kaia Health App:

Open the Play Store app
- Tab the Search for Apps & Games tab
- Type Kaia Health into the Search tab
- Locate the Kaia Health App:
Kaia Health is only accessible in select countries. If you're not sure you are located in a participating country, reach out to our support team stating the country you reside in and we can provide additional information.
