Troubleshoot an Error Message

If you receive an error in your Kaia Health app, there are a few steps you can take on your end to either resolve this, or collect information to then reach out to our support team.

Uninstall/Reinstall your Kaia App

  1. Delete the Kaia app from your device
  2. Turn your device off
  3. Turn your device back on
  4. Go to your app store
  5. Download the Kaia app again

If you are still seeing the error, move on to the next section:

Check your Connection

The issue may be stemming from your current connection.

  • If you are using Wifi, shut this off and try again using just data.
  • If you're using data, turn on wifi and test it out again.

  • A screenshot of the error you received
  • Where are you in the app? What were you trying to do? What was the session name?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken? (from above)
  • Your device type and OS version
  • Your Kaia app version
