Troubleshoot an Issue in the Kaia App
If you run into an issue in the Kaia Health app there are a few steps you can take on your end to either resolve this, or collect information to reach out to our support team.
Uninstall/Reinstall your Kaia App
- Delete the Kaia app from your device
- Turn your device off
- Turn your device back on
- Go to your app store
- Download the Kaia app again
If you are still seeing the error, move on to the next section:
Check your Connection
The issue may be stemming from your current connection.
- If you are using Wifi, shut this off and try again using just data.
- If you're using data, turn on wifi and test it out again.
